This is a project I have been thinking about and toying with for some time. then finally bit the bullet.
I have produced DVDs with a number of photo slideshows, with a menu and chapters. Each chapter is a slideshow.
For a standard format, I have chosen the following for all DVDs:
- 7 second duration for each photo
- Video resolution produced for each slideshow clip is standard DVD format: 720 x 576 pixels
- There is a random transition between each photo
- No special effects have been applied to any of the photos
- No music or sound on any of the clips, no sound on the DVD menus
